By accessing or using NoteSync ("the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to: (a) violate applicable laws, (b) infringe intellectual property rights, (c) distribute malware or conduct unauthorized security testing, or (d) interfere with the service's operation.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited license to store, sync, and display your content as needed to provide the service.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms, for prolonged inactivity, or to comply with legal requirements. You may terminate your account at any time from account settings.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
